La Soterraña winery was born from an ambitious project of several friends, unconditional lovers of wine and linked to the sector for years (winemakers, winemakers ...).
Their passion for wine - and the variety verdejo in particular - prompts them to make a whim, to prepare a white wine verdejo received by the DO Rueda with the sole purpose of the quality and distinction of it. For this reason, La Soterraña winery stands in the year 2006 in the town of Olmedo, traditional land of kings and knights in Spain and wine area of excellence par excellence within the Denomination of Origin.
