Return Policy

Product Return

The buyer has a maximum period of 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with current legislation, to withdraw totally or partially from the purchase.

After this period, Iberowine will not accept returns due to withdrawal.

If the buyer wishes to withdraw within the established period, they must send an email to info@iberowine.com notifying their decision.

Return requirements:

  • a.- The product must be in the same condition as delivered, including packaging.
  • b.- Inside the return package, along with the products, a list of returned products must be included. They must be in perfect condition.
  • c.- Returns must be sent to: C/ Zumalacárregui, 31 50006 Zaragoza (Spain)

Defective Products

The buyer is entitled to a refund for defective products or products delivered that do not match the order. Alternatively, the user may request a replacement product in perfect condition.

In these cases, the buyer must follow the requirements outlined above for returns.

The user is not entitled to a refund for products not returned in the same condition as delivered.

Partial returns will result in a refund corresponding only to the returned products.


Any claims or disputes between the parties shall be subject to Spanish jurisdiction.
