General Terms
1.- Purpose
All purchases made through the website www.iberowine.com (or any of its different domains) are regulated by these General Terms, belonging to Iberowine Gourmet SC with CIF J99350720, registered in Zaragoza (Spain).
Users may purchase the products offered on the website by registering, which implies acceptance of these general terms of purchase.
2. Products
Iberowine reserves the right to modify the offer of products on the website at any time, adding or removing items from it.
When, due to special circumstances, a product is not available after purchase, Iberowine Gourmet commits to informing the buyer via email of the issue and possible solutions.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the site are valid as of today. Any changes in supplier or warehouse prices will result in a new price list updated with the new rates. Special packaging costs will be notified additionally.
Prices are always expressed in Euros (€). Conversion to other currencies is indicative and updated periodically based on currency fluctuations.
4.- Shipping and product delivery.
Product delivery will be made to the address specified in the order or, failing that, to the address provided in the registration form. Iberowine is not responsible for errors in address details entered by users.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, who can always see the exact cost when placing the order.
Delivery times may vary between 5 and 7 business days from the receipt of the order.
Iberowine’s responsibility ends once the order is delivered. Products once sold are not subject to exchange or return.
5. Payments
All payments must be made by credit card or by another system offered on the website at the time of purchase. Bank rejection of the payment will result in the cancellation of the order.
If, due to special circumstances, a product is out of stock after the order, Iberowine Gourmet will inform the client via email of the partial cancellation of their order and the option to replace it with a similar product. If the user prefers to cancel the entire order, Iberowine will refund the amount paid via the same method used by the buyer.
6. Data Protection
Customer data is protected under Spanish Data Protection Law.

Any claims or disputes between the parties shall be subject to Spanish jurisdiction.
