In 1923, Baldomero Moure begins to elaborate his first wines in one of those small and humble cellars of plot in A Cova.
In the fifties, the winery began to be small, and decided to build a larger and more modern. It currently houses the barrel room and the wine vinification room with wood aging. Here we elaborate in trunks of French oak wood of between 3000 and 7000 liters capacity, and we carry out aging in oak barrels from different origins.
At the beginning of the 2000s, the main winery was built, which currently houses the laboratory, the tasting room and is the place where we make young wines and small vinifications and experimental trials. We work with stainless steel, although we use other materials in the experimental area. This winery was conceived in order to operate by gravity and with the highest technology to fully respect the integrity of the grape.
