The Albillo grape

This grape is a variety of Spanish white grape with very low production.
It is a grape variety that is very difficult to find outside of Spain. In the past this grape was mainly consumed as a table grape.

Characteristics of the Albillo grape

The skin is fine. The must has a high sugar content and low acidity.

Albillo grape wines

The single-varietal albillo wine is deep yellow with golden reflections, clean and with powerful tears. On the nose it is intense and complex, with a lot of fruit, very elegant. In the mouth it is a broad and fleshy wine.
