Preparation of Terrai OVC
The grapes were harvested by hand at the optimum ripening moment during the first half of September. The grapes are destemmed and vatted in stainless steel tanks to carry out alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (about 26º) for 10 days to achieve the expression of varietal character. At the end of the fermentation and after a maceration of about 15 days, it is uncovered. We only use the wine from the bleeding and once the malolactic fermentation is finished, the wine is placed in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve greater aromatic complexity, always seeking the predominance of fruit.

The wine denomination of origin Cariñena presents an exceptional geographical situation of its vineyards, since it is located in the connection part of the Ebro Valley with Levante, as well as in the middle of the north-south layout that structures the Aragonese territory. We located Cariñena in the Ebro Valley, with a land area of 14,388 hectares of vineyards. The Cariñena countryside is an area especially endowed for the production of red and rosé wines, as well as natural sweet wines. A meal with friends or a family celebration will be complete if we put a Cariñena wine on it.
