Le Naturel winemaking
Short (5 days) static maceration, with the minimum possible intervention, without pumping over or pumping over. Manual devatting, very light pressing. Malolactic fermentation in a 12,000 litre tank. Until bottling, the wine remained in the tank at a stable temperature to maintain its qualities. No added sulphites.

The Aroa Winery
The Aroa project began in 1998 with the planting of the vineyards, although we opened the winery in the 2009 harvest. Its design follows our philosophy of seeking sustainability, to take advantage of the resources that nature offers us. During the grape harvest, we transport the grapes to the tanks using the force of gravity, avoiding the use of pumps that can damage the bunches.
Denomination of origin Le Naturel
It belongs to the DO Navarra. It extends from the south of Pamplona to the Ebro river basin.
One of the main characteristics that define the DO Navarra is the great diversity of landscapes and climates that it covers in the 100 km of extension from north to south.
In its area, the Atlantic, continental and Mediterranean climates converge.

Varieties: Grenache and others
Organic agriculture vineyards, with low production. Northern limit zone for the cultivation of red varieties, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. Fresh calcareous clay soils. Vineyards not treated with synthetic chemical products.
