Made from black grapes. Its method of production is traditional with an aging of 9 months.
Once the base wines are obtained, they are transported at low temperature to the bottles, where they are mixed with a liqueur made with cane sugar and yeasts.
In the following thirty days, the analysis of the foam is carried out, fermentation where the yeasts transform the sugar into alcohol and carbonic gas (bubbles). Once the yeasts have performed their function, they die and settle on the side of the bottle. For its elimination the bottles are inverted by remuage, and once opened they expel the yeasts.
