Preparation of the Castellblanc Brut cava

The cava elaboration process has one of its keys in the individualized treatments of the base wines. It should not be forgotten, on the other hand, that Castellblanch has been one of the pioneering companies in applying the microfiltration process of wines in the pre-draft stage for purification of bottle fermentation, with its own selection of yeasts. This has also allowed it to be a point of reference in advanced removal methods.
