Special characteristics of the wine:
Elaboration of Carrasviñas Fermentado Barrica
Reception of the grapes in the winery, destemmed-crushed with a light pressing to extract the yolk must. A very light clari?cation is carried out, aided by cold, before going directly to fermentation in French oak barrels of 500 and 300 liters capacity. Spontaneous fermentation with its own yeasts. It is aged for 6 months, carrying out batonnage, stirring the lees regularly, to obtain greater aromatic complexity and structure in the mouth. From the barrel it goes through stainless steel tanks where it is later clarified, stabilized and filtered to finish with its bottling. It will remain for 5 months in the bottle until it is released on the market.
