Special characteristics of the wine:
Elaboration of Carrasviñas
Reception of the grapes in the winery, destemmed - crushed with a light pressing to extract the must yolk. A static settling is carried out, aided by the cold, to pass to an alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (never above 15ºC) for 3 or 4 weeks, then we carry out a transfer to eliminate the thick lees and thus be able to work for several months. the fine lees rich in mannoproteins that will give our wines a complexity and structure in the mouth that will give them a final touch of elegance. Finally, a clarification, stabilization and light filtration is carried out to later conclude with its bottling.

Lorenzo Cachazo winery
Bodegas y Viñedos Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo is located in the town of Pozaldez, province of Valladolid, and is part of the Rueda Denomination of Origin-the first D.O. of white wines from Spain and a great winemaking tradition.
It has been in operation since 1988 and its philosophy is based on the pillars of our family heritage and local tradition: the family's grandparents and great-grandparents already took care of their vineyards to produce grapes with which they later made the wines of the old “Tierra de Medina” , with a long tradition and famous thanks to the old Fairs of Medina del Campo.
With the new facilities, it went from a more traditional production to a more modern production, without ever neglecting the quality of the harvested grapes.
Denomination of origin of Carrasviñas
