The fermentation lasts for approximately 11 days and is carried out at a controlled temperature of 16-18ªC.
It is a type of rosé typical of the Rioja area and closely linked to our tapas culture. Unlike the rest of rosés, it is vinified as a red wine, since the must is in contact with the skin during fermentation.

Our Winery, founded more than 30 years ago under a family artisan field, which still endures today, has a long experience in Riojana viticulture.
Bodegas Ontañon transmits, harvest after harvest, the enthusiasm for the art of good work, with the dedication that a new living being demands after each harvest and deserves to be an adult.
It belongs to the DO Rioja, denomination that dates from the end of the 19th century, but which is not officially formed until 1925. The area that welcomes this denomination of origin covers the autonomous communities of Rioja and the Basque Country.
The grapes produced in this denomination are: Tempranillo, Garnacha Ink, Mazuelo, Graciano and Maturana Ink.
The wines of this denomination are characterized by being fresh, aromatic wines, with an excellent vessel and above all they are very balanced wines.
Rioja wines are easy to drink wines.
Varieties: 75% Viura and 25% Tempranillo
To take alone or with snacks, seafood and fish, as well as light dishes such as rice and pasta.
It has an alcohol grade of 12.5 º vol.
Consume at a temperature of 8º-10º.
