The century-old Wine Company of the North of Spain (CVNE) launched the Viña Real brand in the 1920s, being one of the pioneers in the elaboration of aging wines in oak barrels in this area. A careful balance between tradition and modernity have defined the shape and the background of Viña Real.
The grapes of the Rioja Alavesa are in the heart of this winery. The proximity of the vineyards to the old Camino Real inspired its name. And anchored in the same land, integrated in the Hill of the Table, erects a monumental tub of about 30,000 meters: it is the Viña Real building, an iconic design of the year 2004 that manages to fuse the la Rioja orography in the own construction.
