Wines Priorat 

The D.O.Ca. Priorat, is located in the province of Catalonia, between the center of the province of Tarragona, being a great depression of mountains, which are lapped by the Siurana River and its tributaries, with an area of ??1,000 hectares of vineyards. The Priory Denomination of Origin was recognized in 1975 and in 2000 obtained the status of "DOCa" being the second denomination to get it, after the Rioja.
