Somontano wines from the Monte Odina winery
Wines from the Monte Odina winery
Monte Odina is, in the words of Ramón J. Sender, "a country house in Aragon, not far from Selgua".
"Monte Odina was in a desert plain like many in the Aragonese Somontano or Monegros, rich wine, fruit and cereals, and in that sweet solitude than those who have walked the world's great cities yearn and envy."
The wineries grow slowly, at the pace the process of production and aging of wines. In barrels or in the racks, wine evolves slowly until the aromas and flavors that satisfy us.
So it will be over time that mark the gradual emergence of crianzas and reserves, against the young, white and pink coming out every year.
Young wines have the charm of freshness, their intense aromas. Young wines are just what is the quality of the grapes transformed with a careful preparation. There is in them more than can be extracted from the grape and this issue is the complexity of doing a good young wine.
