The Tempranillo vineyards were harvested during the last week of September, while the harvest of the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards did not take place until the third week of October. In both cases, the destemming and crushing of the grapes was carried out to subsequently refrigerate and cover it up. In this way, the must was mashed with their skins for 48 hours before beginning the fermentation process, which lasted for 14 days. Once the fermentation was finished, it was uncovered and only the flower wines were used for the final coupage, which remained in barrels for 8 months. Subsequently, the wine was filtered and bottled.
