Special characteristics of the wine:
What kind of wine is Pájara
Young, fresh and fruity red wine, very easy to drink. Aged for 3 months on its lees
The winery Bal Minuta
In 2011 the plantations began in a field near Les, in the Arán Valley, at about 700 meters high. The high altitude will be from here on an identifying feature of Bodegas Bal Minuta, in addition to its location next to the Pyrenees. The objective is to obtain grape varieties to make a markedly experimental wine.
In 2015, the fruits of the first harvest from the fields of Barbenuta are harvested, from which the first non-commercialized wine from Bodegas Bal Minuta came out, the “Vino de las Nieves”. It was processed and bottled at the Adecuara Agrifood Business Nursery, in Biescas.
Denomination of origin of the wine Pájara
The vineyards of "Vino de la Tierra del Bajo Aragón" occupy a wide area of ??the region where the orography, the acidity of the land and the climate make our Reds, Rosés and Whites, of great quality and highly appreciated by consumers .
The wines produced in our wineries maintain the qualities of color, aroma and flavor of the wine that was produced centuries ago in this territory.
They preserve all the characteristics of their places of origin and are produced in areas with a long winemaking tradition and renowned prestige beyond our borders.
During the production of our wines, only authorized varieties of strains perfectly adapted to the terrain are used: Cabernet-Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Derechero, Garnacha Blanca, Garnacha Tinta, Macabeo, Mazuela, Merlot, Syrah and Tempranillo.
Grape varieties used in Pájara
Varieties: Merlot and Tempranillo
The grapes used for this wine are some of our Rapún vineyards and the rest of some other wine-growing areas of Aragon
