Elaboration of Lleiroso Crianza

The grapes we use in the elaboration of our wines come from our own vineyards located around the winery, in Valbuena de Duero, and other winemakers.
The fermentation time is flexible: it can vary from eight to twenty days depending on the maturity of the grape. The temperature for fermentation normally begins with 25ºC and can reach 28ºC. The objective is to obtain the correct polyphenolic extraction that provides such a generous color and firm structure.

Sensations of the Lleiroso Crianza wine

Wine with the perfect mix between fruit and wood that expresses the characteristics of the wines of the Denomination of Origin.

he Lleiroso Crianza winery

This innovative winery has as its main objective the elaboration and aging of elite wines.
We are a winery with family characteristics, which guarantees seriousness, quality and continuity over time.
In a world dominated by colossal multinationals, we firmly believe that an independent producer, in order to see his own business prosper, must produce the highest possible quality and address those refined consumers who aspire to a superior lifestyle.
For this we pamper our wines even before starting them, because the great wines start in the vineyard and end up in the cellar.
