Special features of the wine:

Elaboration La Miranda Secastilla Blanco

The bunches of "Pago La Miranda" were harvested manually in small boxes in impeccable condition in terms of health and maturity. Quickly, these clusters were destemmed, crushed and introduced into the maceration vat in the vineyard itself. Later, the Cuba was moved to the winery, where the precious flower must separated, the only one that took to ferment to elaborate this wine. After three racking, the wine was introduced in oak barrels where it remained for four months. Finally, the wine was filtered and bottled.

Varieties of grapes used in La Miranda Secastilla Blanco h3

Variety 100% white grenache.
The Payments of the Valley of Secastilla are located in the northeastern end of the Somontano and they reunite a special "Mediterranean microclimate" suitable for the cultivation of the olive tree, the vine and the almond tree. On stony slopes located above 700 meters above sea level, we have recovered very old vineyards of Garnacha Tinta and Garnacha Blanca, the traditional varieties of the Secastilla Valley. The relative altitude and its special orientation make it an area with many hours of insolation, which favors the ripening of the fruit. All this area is dry and the soils are sandy-loam with quite stony.
