Alcoholic fermentation: Destemmed grapes without squeezing that after long macerations are fermented in stainless steel tanks with automatic temperature control, overpumping and micro oxygenation. The malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, which provides spicy layers and a softer and more appetizing character.

What kind of wine is Cosme Palacio 

Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrel, cleaved with 225 liters of soft toasted and better French tonnage. The wine remains a minimum of 12 months in the bottle.
