The proximity of the winery to the vineyards allows us to vinify quickly in small quantities and as we harvest. A controlled fermentation is carried out between 22 and 25 ºC.

The Grupo Bodegas Olarra winery
The Bodegas Olarra Group was founded in 1973 with the construction, on the outskirts of Logroño, of a winery for great Rioja wines. Modern techniques, under a traditional culture.
