Special characteristics of the wine:

Elaboration of Altos de Valdoso Roble

The proximity of the winery to the vineyards allows us to vinify quickly in small quantities and as we harvest. A controlled fermentation is carried out between 22 and 25 ºC.

What type of wine is Altos de Valdoso Roble

Aging in 2 and 3 year old barrels, 60% French oak and 40% American oak. It lasts for 4 months.

The Grupo Bodegas Olarra winery

The Bodegas Olarra Group was founded in 1973 with the construction, on the outskirts of Logroño, of a winery for great Rioja wines. Modern techniques, under a traditional culture. In 1985, Bodegas Ondarre emerged, which made the most of the typicality of the vineyards and the diversity of Viana soils. Long-aged wines and the group's first cavas are made there. In 2000, the Casa del Valle Wineries and Vineyards project began, which, with the same philosophy as the paid wines, follows the classic Château model.
