Special characteristics of the wine:
Classic winemaking, with 20 days of maceration.
Wine aged for 5 months in barrels. 50% French oak and 50% American oak.
At Bodegas Monteabellón we use the latest oenological techniques to guarantee careful production throughout the process, maintaining stable levels of temperature and humidity, as was the case in the old wineries of our ancestors. Optimal facilities to control in detail the aromas and flavors that our wines give off.
The entire process is carried out in an integral way in our facilities, from the harvesting of the grapes, aging, bottling to labelling.
Ribera del Duero, a denomination located in Castilla y León, along the Duero river. It occupies the provinces of Valladolid, Burgos, Segovia and Soria.
