Elaboration: Gentle settling, cleaning and fermentation at mild temperatures. Both in barrel and in stainless steel aging on the lees for 5 months, with weekly stirring. Six months minimum of aging in bottle. Yeast: Selected.

Bodega Prineos is the founder of the Somontano origin. It has unique roots and social support in Somontano thanks to the participation of more than 200 winegrowers from the regional cooperative.

The vineyard land of the Somontano Designation of Origin has three distinct areas: the mountains, the Somontano and the plains. Its total area is 200,000 hectares of surface of which about 100,000 are cultivated. Of the latter, 4,400 hectares are dedicated exclusively to vineyards.
Somontano wines have grape varieties from more than 4,400 hectares of plantations. They are the base from which its good Somontano wines are born: Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah, Garnacha Tinta, Moristel, Parraleta, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc, Garnacha Blanca, Riesling or Alcañón are some of them. .
Somontano is characterized by having cold winters and hot summers with significant changes in temperature at the end of spring and autumn. The average annual temperature is 11 degrees Celsius.
Somontano Denomination of Origin wines have very peculiar characteristics: very good alcohol content, fruity and with perfect acidity. In conclusion, they are wines very adapted to current tastes. Buying Somontano wine will give us exclusivity and confidence that we have chosen our wine correctly.
Varieties: Selected white grapes
It is born from a beautiful estate called El Poyed, which refers to a small elevation located on terraces over the river Vero, a few meters from the winery.
With calcareous and clayey soils, and its characteristic microclimate, it is an ideal place for white wines, resulting in a white grape of high oenological quality. Harvest type: Night machining.
