Elaboration of Estada Villa Stata wine

Once de-stemmed, it passes to the stainless steel tanks to ferment between 24 and 28º C. During this process, to control the fermentation temperature a series of traces are made using a new system that allows us to break and homogenize the hat, by means of of an "OBI" deposit.

Bodegas Estada is the result of many years of experience in the production and cultivation of vines in the Somontano and the union of the feelings of several people towards a land that always wants to offer the best.
Thus, in 2005, the winery is created that takes the name of the Villa de Estada, a town located next to the confluence of the Ésera and Cinca rivers and with spectacular views over the Somontano and the impressive Aragonese Pyrenees.
Estade Winery is located in the town of Castillazuelo, in the heart of the D.O.Somontano.

In this denomination of origin their wines are known for their elegance and personality. Mono varietal elaborations predominate
The vineyard land of the Somontano Designation of Origin has three distinct areas: the mountains, the Somontano and the plains. Its total area is 200,000 hectares, of which about 100,000 are cultivated. Of the latter, 4,400 hectares are dedicated exclusively to the vineyard.
Somontano wines have grape varieties from more than 4,400 hectares of plantation. They are the base from which their good Somontano wines are born: Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo, Syrah, Garnacha Tinta, Moristel, Parraleta, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc, Garnacha Blanca, Riesling or Alcañón are some of them .
Somontano is characterized by having cold winters and hot summers with significant temperature changes at the end of spring and autumn. The average annual temperature is 11 degrees Celsius.
