Elaboration Bag in Box 15L Rosé Agustin Cubero
Traditional method. Fermenting at 26ºC with temperature control. After maceration for 10 days, bleeding is carried out to carry out malolactic fermentation.
Young red wine without aging
The facilities, of the latest generation, allow us to bottle in inert atmosphere conditions, thus we manage to bottle the wine in the most aseptic conditions, with the maximum guarantees of hygiene and quality.
Bodegas Cubero has modern fermentation and production facilities, managed by a group of winemakers.
When Agustín Cubero built the first winery in 1881 in a small town called Godojos, they would never imagine that his family in the 21st century would continue with their tradition.
Today the Cubero family is the one that directly controls the entire winery so that the fifth generation continues to do so just like their ancestors.
