Wines of the Alcañon grape variety
The Alcañon grape is a white grape, native to the Somontano area. It produces light white wines with a very personal aroma.
Currently, only small plots remain, traditionally associated with other crops such as almond and olive trees, thanks to the work of small farmers who have avoided the start of these vineyards even though their grapes had no market value.
Bodegas Alodia has opted for this with the hope that local varieties, as part of the historical and cultural heritage of Somontano, will endure for the enjoyment of all wine lovers and adventurers.
