Once we obtained the flower wine, it carried out the malolactic fermentation spontaneously and naturally, and after three racking it passed into barrels where it rested for ten months. Finally, the wine was bottled.

Grapes from Pago Los Sasos. "The Sasos" of San Marcos were planted in 1990. This vineyard has an altitude of 375-420 meters above sea level and northeast-southeast orientation. "Saso" is a place name assigned to river terraces "hanging" on the ground. This whole area is dry and the soils are strong, open and deep with a high percentage of clay and thick surface elements.
