Elaboration of Torrelongares Blanco Macabeo 

The grapes were harvested by hand at the optimum moment of their maturation during the first half of September. They are pressed and settling at a temperature of 10ºC, for 24 hours, before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC with selected yeast. It is then clarified and stabilized by cold at -5ºC. After microfiltration, the wine is bottled.
