Special characteristics of the wine:
Elaboration Baigorri White Fermented Barrel
Made with grapes of the Viura (90%) and Malvasía (10%) varieties from old vines exclusively located in Rioja Alavesa. After a manual and selective harvest, the stemmed grape has been selected by hand, grain by grain, using selection tables by vibration and weight. The must macerates a few hours with its skins to subsequently pass to a pneumatic press.
What type of wine is Baigorri Blanco Fermentado Barrica
A different white wine aged for 8 months in contact with the lees in new French oak barrels with a specifically light toast.
