Winemaking Terrai Garnacha Liquor wine 

Once vatted, a very long maceration of the grapes is carried out in an alcoholic medium, for 30 days, which will give the yolk must that contains the aromas and flavors of the variety from which it comes. Garnacha Liqueur Wine is obtained by stopping the alcoholic fermentation, in such a way that all the sugar it contains is natural from the grape. Subsequently, it is clarified, stabilized and bottled under the strictest hygienic conditions.

Denomination of Origin of Terrai wine Licor de Garnacha 

The Cariñena denomination of origin wine presents an exceptional geographical situation for its vineyards, since it is located in the connecting part of the Ebro Valley with Levante, as well as in the middle of the north-south route that structures the Aragonese territory. Choosing to buy Cariñena wine assures us that we are choosing well, it assures us that we are betting on vineyards with exclusive characteristics. One way to name these wines is to call them; DO Cariñena the wine of the stones.
Cariñena is located in the Ebro Valley, with an extension of land of 14,388 hectares of vineyards. Being an inland territory, the climate of the area is defined as medium temperate, so that the winters are cold and the summers very hot. The Cariñena field is an area specially equipped for the production of red and rosé wines, as well as natural sweet wines. A meal with friends or a family celebration will be complete if we add a Cariñena wine.

Varieties of grapes used in Terrai wine Garnacha Liquor wine 

Selecting the best grapes of the Garnacha variety, they are destemmed and crushed.
The vineyards of origin of this Garnacha are selected plots and cultivated in glass with a planting frame of 2.2 x 2.2 m., cultivated in dry land, in the Cariñena Denomination of Origin, with an average altitude of 650 m.
